"Leisure" time on the Coast

Since the hurricane wiped out all of our other recreation, the only "leisure" activity left seems to be driving around looking at destruction. I have taken close to 2000 photos and yet I am still amazed at the extent of the damage here. Biloxi is east of Gulfport and therefore it was further from the eyewall, but because of the high number of casinos there, they had more damage on the actual beachfront than we did. The casinos were originally built to be moved in case of a hurricane, but the very first storm that threatened after they were built, convinced them that it would be easier and cheaper to just stay. Katrina broke them loose from their moorings and they acted as giant battering rams against the structures on the other side of the highway.
